China Business Consulting
I advise organisations navigating China’s market, policy environment, and regulatory landscape, with a focus on the Greater Bay Area. My work draws on decades of experience in South China, leadership roles in the German and European Chamber, and seven years inside the Guangzhou Huangpu system.
The focus is clarity and access: helping companies understand local dynamics, make informed decisions, and engage effectively with stakeholders. This includes organising targeted delegations to leading GBA technology companies and innovation platforms, providing direct exposure to the region’s ecosystem.
My advisory work combines strategic insight, practical experience, and a grounded understanding of how the GBA operates in reality.
Speaking & Moderation
I speak and moderate at conferences across China and Europe, offering grounded insight into the Greater Bay Area, China’s innovation system, and cross‑border strategy. My experience includes hosting Guangzhou’s annual investment conference in Chinese and contributing to international forums such as SCMP Conferences and the Hamburg Summit.

I provide targeted coaching for executives and teams working in or with China. The emphasis is practical: cross‑cultural communication, strategic clarity, and navigating China’s business environment with confidence. My coaching draws on long‑term experience with organisations such as Huawei’s Seeds for the Future and combines Sino‑European perspectives with actionable guidance.
The goal is to help leaders operate more effectively across systems and cultures, strengthening their ability to make informed decisions and build trust in complex environments.
